A perfect evening for 20 people on the mezzanine. I was worried there would not be enough room, but the space easily holds 30. We had a dedicated waiter who came back for orders whenever we needed. Great atmosphere, great place, I had a lovely leaving party surrounded by my friends. I highly recommend Les Causeurs for this kind of event!

Les Causeurs welcomes you at 170 rue Montmartre, in Paris 2e, a few steps from the Grands Boulevards, the Grand Rex, the Bourse and the Sentier district. Métro Grands Boulevards, lines 8 and 9, or Bourse and Sentier, line 3, five minutes on foot.
We are open every day from 7am to 5am, serving without a break: breakfast in the morning, lunch at midday, happy hour at the end of the day, dinner in the evening, and a generous brunch on Sundays. An address made for neighbourhood regulars as much as for team drinks and dinners with friends.
The interior was designed around the peacock. Three rooms answer one another, the Velvet Club, L’Émeraude and the mezzanine, each with its own mood, alongside a private room for your events.

Yes, a corner terrace looks onto rue Montmartre. It is heated in winter and catches the afternoon sun. It fills up from 6pm with the offices around the Bourse.
Where does the name “Les Causeurs” come from?
From a column by Guy de Maupassant called “Les Causeurs”, published in the newspaper Le Gaulois on 20 January 1882. The interior, for its part, was designed around the peacock, and unfolds across three rooms with distinct moods.
